"My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary.
