Hotel murah di Mount Vernon

"Killed about 10 bugs around doorway and curtain upon entry. Half the lights not working. The pillows are old disgusting and thin. To top it off the shower did not work at all. 3rd world ghetto joint. Should of read the reviews. Their ad photos are totally misleading. They must be 20 yrs old. Would ask for a refund, but I would think with the obvious they clearly can't afford it."

"Had to switch rooms because of a massive spider. The smell in both rooms was unbearable. Something covering up urine, or mold. Super loud all night. you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again."

"AC in our room had bad odor when HEAT was turned on….smelled like hot dirty filter…. Pump on BODY WASH did not work….was struck in down position….could not pull up…. Receptacle in bathroom (GFCI) would not hold a device plug….plug would simply fall out of GFCI….plug on hair dryer provided by hotel would fall out….nightlight we brought from home would simply fall out on countertop….device had no/zero resistance when plugging something into it…."

"Our room had the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a long time. The room was clean and had everything needed. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is ageing, so the elevator rattles, the hallways are dark, and the room key cards are unreliable (the desk clerk warned us to keep them away from phones and other electronics, but even though we did, one stopped working). That said, the hotel is in a perfect and beautiful location, and we would stay there again."

"My stay at this facility what's a joke. I really do want to have my money back why? 1. The staff associate seem unfriendly reading books while checking me in also no greetings of guest. This is the staff that works 12-8am 2. The parking facility no parking on a lower levels. blocked off. The homeless sleeping around the hotel or if not in the casino. Using the chairs in lobby and charging their cell phones. 3. Entry into the hotel, the carpet was completely filthy stains everywhere. They even...

"We were able to get an early check-in and that was so very help due to my mom having eye surgery at the eye surgery center. The food was great and appreciated so I did not have to leave my mom to go get food off property. The staff was so very kind."

"Clean room, staff was very friendly and j"

"Great stay!"

"When I checked in the room I was given had not been cleaned yet. Dirty towels/bedding had not been changed ect. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and the toilet was usable but the bolt was broken and so it rocked when you used it. The curtain on the shower kept sliding open, They should have refunded me my full nights stay."

"The room has an odd setup. The bathroom door being straight across from the bed disturbed our sleep. Small counter top didn't work well with hair appliances, makeup and toiletries. And no sink close to the coffee pot was a pain. No side table or coffee table made it hard to sit on the couch with drinks and food. The clothes bar being so low didn't work with our formal clothes. The bed and toilet was too low. Poor room design in my experience from years of traveling. But other than this we...

"Everything was great, good staff, clean rooms, and breakfast has a better selection than a lot of hotels. Nothing beyond what I expected but was still amazing for the price."
