"First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?"

"The grounds are beautiful. The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway. No dining options in the immediate vicinity but a short drive and everything is available"

"The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. "As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!"

"The rooms were clean and they were pretty busy but the rooms were pretty noise proof. My only upset thing was we took our 5 year old to the pool and there was a group of 5 men, some were swimming and some just sat by the pool. They were cussing, drinking, and smoking. One gentleman even spit his beer on the concrete right by the pool. We left after being at the pool for 10 minutes, I left the front desk know but she didn’t seem to care that the guest were being disruptive and careless"
