"Everything was clean. Service was great"

"The entire hotel was hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was burnt and dry. I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning "

"Great stay my only complaint is I had a “lake view” room with a lovely huge HVAC unit blocking the view on the 3rd floor."

"Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Parking is available, but limited. It was a little disappointing that the vending and ice machines did not work on each floor, but the quality service made up for it. The layout of the rooms were nice. We didn't have the best view, but that didn't bother us, because we weren't there for that. We would definitely stay there again."

"There is not a soul on the premises or front desk ever. Both restaurants in the hotel were closed. No coffee anywhere. It was absurd to be in this whole building alone. "

"Absolutely Amazing!!! Autumn at the front desk and Lisa in the morning kitchen were the best!!! Very clean room - bed was great - breakfast was wonderful!!!! Thank you!"

"Predictably clean and quiet. The friendly, smiling staff. Hot waffles and yogurt in the morning. We keep coming to the place every year, many times a year, to hop to Wisp (30 min drive) and enjoy the perfect snow. "

"Everything was great. Our A/C went out the first night. The quickly upgraded us to a better room. They even double checked to see if it was satisfactory. A+ for the staff's attention to our situation."
