"Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities were available that should be expected. Nothing exceptional. Really good value. I was attending an event at the Telus Convention Centre and choose this hotel specifically because it offered a reasonable walking distance (1 km) to and from the venue, a straight walk down 8 Ave W and Stephen St mall direct to the convention centre."

" Breakfast was great. Disappointed in my room. I booked double bedroom suite with several people. The hotel knew I’d be using hideabed. When we went to get ready at 2 am - no linens, pillows, blankets…!! Not the time to be calling housekeeping. Paying 21x3 for parking is ridiculous in these days of customer satisfaction. "

"Our room was so dirty we checked out after 10 minutes. There was cobwebs, blood on the heater, one beds sheets were stained yellow, bathrooms were dirty l. Front desk lady was nice but no refund offered. We were very disappointed but thankfully found a cleaner hotel to stay in down the road."
