"I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. "I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Steps away from Notre Dame and far enough away from noisy nightlife so you can sleep, but close enough to enjoy. If coming to Montreal for fun, stay in / near old Montreal. "

"The first night of our stay our room temperature was quite warm (hovering around 26), but we were too tired to deal with it. The second day it reached 28C which was uncomfortably hot. We called the front desk for the first time around 1pm and asked for someone to come check our thermostat - nobody came. We called a second time around 3:00 and requested the same - again waiting so we could accommodate maintenance - nobody came. It ultimately ended up being a waste of our entire afternoon and...

"Super endroit"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Birks Montreal. The lobby is beautiful and the smell absolutely fabulous. The hotel is well located, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are modern. Our room was on the 6th floor with a city view, it was surprisingly quiet, we slept very well. The bathrobes are luxurious but we’re surprised that there were no slippers. We took advantage to have drinks at the bar before going out for dinner and then had breakfast on our last day."

"Manon checked us in. Such a lovely person very approachable and professional. Ariel was very helpful ( as always). We have been to the Warwick many times. The balcony has a great view of Mountain street. The rainwater shower was exceptional . My nephew Joseph loved the birthday cookies ( very kind). Can't recommend your Hotel enough. Thank you Warwick!!!"

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"This is a beautiful - beautiful - new property in a lovingly restored heritage building. Our apartment was stylishly minimalist and had everything we needed. I was sad we only had two nights there. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Sauna and gym also nice. Right in Old Port and walkable to Eaton/Underground shopping. I WILL be back!"

"Great room, newly renovated. There was still a smell of freshly painted walls, and it’s impossible to open tge windows. But it will pass. Shower a little bit close to the toilet for my taste and flush was a little bit tricky. But overall very nice. Pool was still closed. Breakfast was really good and well served (I took the advocado toast). Staff was really nice and helpful"
