"A wonderful stay. We had a 2 bed apartment, with views along the drive to the bay. Everything was extremely clean, a well equipped kitchen, and very good aircon in the lounge. We also had a garage allocated.
Location is excellent, with the bay across the road from the hotel, a two minute stroll to the Pacific, and several cafes just around the corner. About 10 minutes walk to the main shopping/dining area with plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out.
The only minor disappointment was the...

"Our Apartment was nice, sea view and in a great location, quiet room... only thing that let it down was the showers...moldy, glass door was super stained, was pretty gross actually...needs some bleach or re grouted and some shower witch ( wet and forget), otherwise nice play to stay"

"I have never had such a disappointing experience staying at a motel before.
I arrived at around 2 pm to check in, and there was nobody at reception. It was pouring with rain, so I had to wait for about five minutes before ringing the doorbell. When someone finally responded, the attitude was very cold and unwelcoming. I was simply told that the key was inside the room and that the room was unlocked.
When I entered the room, my first impression was that I was staying in a garage rather than a...

"For the cost I felt that the unit didn't provide the little extras that one would expect, for example no English Breakfast tea, no powder for the dishwasher, and the unit wasn't serviced,
As well the balcony door would not open"

"Terrible management
Dry (what looks like died BLOOD) in sheets (photos attached). Unfortunately my little ones who slept on the bed only told me in the morning when they woke up that there are “patches on the end”. It was also on the sheet under the pillows and manager made the cleaner apologise to me. Such an awkward experience. Receptionist didn’t seem to care much at all. Manager disappeared soon after making the cleaner apologise. Receptionist Ashley then goes on to charge me without so...
