Loved it. Great getaway!

Very nice room with some extras. Microwave popcorn, hot chocolate, which the grand child loved. Walk about 30 feet to the restaurant which had great food.

Increible estancia

Mi experiencia fue increible, lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicación, hermoso lugar en el bosque, enfrente del lago Ouachita, la preciosa vista al lago desde la habitación, que tienen kayas en renta, y la amable atención recibida, talvez podrian mejorar un poco las camas pero en general muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

if you want to cook, you'll have to get everything including salt and pepper from the store. I got a tick on me from walking on the deck or to my vehicle because I was only passing through I was not able to use any of the property. The condo we were in looked nothing like the pictures though it was country and homey. It was very difficult to navigate into the facility as we arrived late in the evening, and it was dark.

What a wonderful place! The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we were taken care of. The property is immaculate and incredibly peaceful. We only stayed one night so didn’t have the opportunity to take full advantage of the wealth of amenities, but we’ll definitely make sure we stay longer next time. I also love their dedication to recycling and making it so convenient.

We stayed at the Lodge. There was a patio that overlooked the water and the room was nice. The beds were very comfy! It rained quite a bit so it was nice having the window and door to patio facing the lake.

It’s a beautiful area and the staffs seemed friendly. It is a great location to the crystal mines nearby. Our room was ready when we arrived around 3:30pm even though we received an email expecting delayed due to staff shortages (check in time is 3:00pm). Since it’s an older property, we didn’t expect much. However, the room looked like it was put together in a hurry. Everything was in its place but the floor was muddy and dusty, mud on some towels and stains on the bed sheets. Astray on the patio table for a non-smoking room. We saw no one smoking by the patio area but we could smell someone was smoking. The room does have a lake view with docked boats and seats on the patio. We were supposed to enjoy the fresh air but became second hand smokers involuntarily. What made it worse was that we travel with a small child who loved to play by the patio area. The coffee was bad in the room and we didn’t know they provided complimentary coffee in their registration area until checked out.
