I accidentally booked through Expedia and reached out to them IMMEDIATELY. Two minutes later, they contacted the property, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. I followed up with Choice Hotels customer service two days later, explained the situation, and was given a case #. I requested either a refund or points equivalent to a one-night stay—but never got a response. Both the property and corporate have provided ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
