"Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a covered garage, at a small additional cost, served us very well. The property seems reasonably new and in very good condition. It's in walking distance to a few places to eat dinner. Working air con was very welcome. Breakfast was ok but not worth €15pp"

"Good hotel with a few annoying attributes. The top floor with suites is only accessible by stairs which is not great if you have a lot of bags. You can also get trapped in the stairwell if you forget your room key. Also the wifi is terrible for some reason so working is an issue. Other than those issues the hotel is good."

"Very clean rooms. Had shampoo and conditioner which was a nice treat. Air con was great. Staff were great and seamless check in/out. Got a welcome drink. Great location as we had an early train. Only about 10 mins into the city centre."

"The staff was very helpful, the location is 20-15 minutes walking distance to core. There is AC in the rooms, if its still warm they will bring fans. The front desk is great and they care. This place has wifi, kitchen to store your stuff etc. A place for international travellers to feel comfortable."

"Parking was a bit stressful, when you arrive you are supposed to phone a number to get the entrance code - not possible if you don't have a French operating phone. The entrance was also tiny and a little tricky to navigate. Plenty of space in the room itself but it was a little run down and didn't look like the photos. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs though :) overall a pleasant stay and brilliant location."

"We stayed here for two nights with our 9 year old daughter. The hotel, staff and room was immaculate and very comfortable. The design of the room was beautiful and the windows opened on to a beautiful park - just lovely. Two things I did not love: The hotel only provided two coffee pods for the coffee maker and the staff was VERY hesitant (extremely resistant) to giving extra - and the limitation of the pools to adults only. The best pools were upstairs and outside and my daughter was not allowed in either - despite the fact that she is well behaved and the staff could have asked us to left had that not been the case - those two things were disappointing."
