"Ideally located next to the Quarto D’ Altino train station and with free shuttle to Marco Polo airport. Downstairs is plush and we had fantastic bar food too. Bar man was super kind & helpful with lovely front desk staff. Room was very comfortable- bathroom was huge but dated with mosaic tiles coming away from the wall and mould in the grout. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel"

"A beautiful hotel, although it is no longer brand new. Some facilities were not working properly, such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the bidet tap. The hotel was very crowded, with no available sun loungers in the spa, and we had to wait for a table at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, which was constantly replenished. The staff were highly professional, well-trained and attentive."

"A lovely place from which to explore the area. I was partially doing business but with some pleasure touring included. The pool area was excellent. I did expect a little more of an area for getting work done as well as my understanding was its often used for business event but that may be my confusion. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were helpful in general. Gym area is small but equipped suitably. The hotel is in a good area for food and drink options too."

"We loved the hotel. So nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Venice centre but still very easy to jump on the train and be there in 20 minutes via the hotel shuttle bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time there. We borrowed the hotel bikes to ride along the riverside and it was fantastic. The only thing is, and we didn't mind at all, but we planned our days around what time the shuttle bus ran as it only runs at certain times. Not a negative, just a consideration if you didn't want to walk back from the station (less than half an hour walk)."
