Very comfortable bed and rooms. Clean and a lovely view. Only drawback was shower not very hot and not the best pressure. We didn't enjoy the (red) wines but the food was lovely.

Very comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff, walkable to all the vineyards and amazing scenic views. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking at staying in Motovun, great breakfast options and dinner menu with wine pairing of their own wines.

Very strange to find such an original dining and lodging establishment in a quiet area of the country. We had a pleasant walk around town and walking to the high point, and to return to our hotel where we had good wine and good food.

Overall the hotel is excellent, very clean and new. The breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the room is too warm and when we opened the windows, it’s quite noisy as our room is facing the road.

Great view and location

Everything was perfect – stunning location with great views, just a short walk from Motovun. Fantastic wine and tastings. The only downside was that our gourmet experience was forgotten, and with only one waiter the service fell short. They did apologise and offered a discount the next day. Overall, a wonderful hotel we’d gladly return to, though they definitely need more staff to match the high standard.

My only regret is that I booked this property for one night only. Definitely looking forward to coming back and spending more time in Motovun. This place isn't cheap, but it is totally worth the splurge. Amazing rooms, staff, breakfast buffet and wine selection!

Quirky and modern

Stunning views. The hotel was modern and quirky. The service was excellent. The walk to Motovun old town was about 25-30 minutes uphill which was fun. Also did the winery tour which was informative and interesting.

Lovely location. Excellent tasting menu in the restaurant with their wine and great staff. The decor was not my taste but the location outweighs the style. The bed height was also a challenge! We decided against the bunk bed but was still tricky 🤔

The hotel is beautifully located and the Rox Suite in particular has magnificent views. We weren't told until after booking that the restaurant was unavailable during our stay due to a private function which was disappointing. Also the pool needs a bit of work as tiles are falling off.

Overall beautiful clean property and views. Food was excellent too as well as friendly staff. Room however did not look like photos as it did when booking. Only a partial view of the grounds, most of it was the roof of the first floor. Air conditioning wasn’t as strong, felt hot in the room most of the night.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Roxanich Hotel in Motovun. Die Lage, das Design und der Service sind wirklich top – alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Sauna, die noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Erlebnis, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Book og får en oplevelse !

Super lækkert bjerg hotel i lille landsby. Individuelle designede værelser med rigtig god seng. Skøn morgenmad der nydes med bjergudsigt så langt øjet rækker og solnedgang til aftensmaden.afkølende pool med bar og fine liggestole samt store badehåndklæder til rådighed. Book vinsmagning på hotel og nyd omgivelserne. Parkering med bil elevator. De tilbyder også yoga Prøv evt også tøffeljagt med hunde som kan bookes på hotellet. En tur helt op i byen kan anbefales, speciel omkring solnedgang. OBS det går meget opad så godt fodtøj
