"2nd time visiting this hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. Forgot to ask what air fresheners they use. We stayed in room 108. Room was spacious, and bathroom amazing. We had a round bath which was huge and walk in shower. The views from room are amazing. We never had breakfast but did have dinner one night and food was gorgeous, definitely eat there...

"Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back ."

"Fun stay right on the promenade. The room was clean and cozy. Great for 2 people for a night or two but probably a bit small for a longer visit. Friendly staff."

"Rooms clean friendly staff nearby shops and restaurants. Looks a little run down in areas and could do with a bit of maintenance. Used facilities and bar in adjacent hotel that was internally linked as the diner and bar in our side was shut. Lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced . Don’t worry about the weird noises the lift makes when reaching top floor bounces a bit on arrival. Bath takes a while to fill hot water fine but cold a little low on pressure. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The room was lovely and spacious with places to relax. We loved the pool and the spa tub and the gym is well equipped. We ate at the hotel at night and the food was delicious, reasonably priced and service from all the staff was excellent too, we'll be back!"

"Lovely clean modern hotel .the staff were all so friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.No lifts at this hotel so if your not good with stairs best not to choose this hotel and Points to improve on were that a few things in the room were broken like the chair and a few snagging issues like a flickering light in the bathroom . Would I stay again , yes for sure"

"Lovely hotel in excellent position. Staff were great and very useful having its own parking. Our only disappointment was the food . Was ok but expected higher standard for both evening meal and breakfast. Was not expecting it to be a self service breakfast which we really don’t like Overall though we had a very enjoyable stay"

"The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. I did not enjoy the breakfast. Bacon undercooked. Would have preferred grilled tomatoes rather than tinned. Otherwise stay was okay."

"Property in a good location, very close to the pier and promenade. Although not facing the sea front you could see it when sat outside the front of the property. Short walk to the main street and the Tram to the Orme. Parking not guaranteed outside the property but Sue the owner does her best to accommodate. We always reserve our car parking at the train station and walk to the accomodation."
