"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."

"We loved our time at Pool. We would stay again in a heartbeat and really didn’t want to leave. Wonderful service, beautiful property. Exactly what we were looking for!"

"Stay at Matra Aqueous was excellent. It is in a great location, close to beach and main township area of Port Douglas. The pools are great, though would be nice if one was heated. Only disappointment was that only two coffee pods are provided per stay, and when I asked for more the charge was $12!"

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Port Douglas Retreat. The property is beautifully landscaped and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The resort is close to Port Douglas’s attractions- walking easily to the magnificent 4 mile beach, the Marina and of course McCrossan St. Looking forward to a return visit soon."

"Great 4star apartments, with full kitchens/amenities, 2 separate pools. Bay Villas is located really close to the main shopping/eats street - great cheap shuttle service pick-up/drop off at your leisure. The staff at Bay Villas were SO friendly & helpful-incl. ongoing communication prior to our arrival, suggestions/arrangements for activities whilst visiting, and easy a/h checkin - which all made our holiday easy, seamless & stress free. SO glad we chose this resort over the billions of others...

"The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable."

"The property has had a makeover with a beautiful paint exterior and internal. There is a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance which was very convenient for coffee and breakfast. The pool was small but very nice with a little waterfall and sloping entry which was nice to lay on. The hosts Robert and Lyn were super friendly and very organised. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Lychee Tree Apartment. The staff Edward is fantastic, gave us a good introduction for the sight-seeings around Port Douglas, and booked a snorkelling trip for us. It is a quiet place, short distance to main street, Coles, etc. A very good time for the stay and the good memoory for the beautiful city. "
