I’d recommend future visitors to stay away from this place. First, the check in time is 4:00pm. I’ve travelled around the world and never seen any hotel has that late check in time. Second. The staff is very unfriendly, very slow, and ruden. The response from the staff is that “There is nothing that I can do”. Thirdly, the receptionist keeps saying the “I am just a bar tender and nobody else is working. But she tried to sell us breakfast. We’ve reserved a “bay view cabin”, but got a room that cannot see any water. The WiFi went out in the evening. I waited for an hour and still did not come back. I had to drive to the front desk as there was no phone in the room. When I encounter the same bar tender. She responded that there was nothing that she could do. When visitors spend lots of money to book the hotel and arrived on a weekend, expecting to have a great time. This type of facility and service are definitely the last thing any visitors want.

Nice place with bad service

It's a nice place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. But they have lots to learn. The website says the parking is free, but it also says it's charged per night. When emailing them asking if it costs or not, you get the reply "no problem" - and when asking again you don't get a reply. My booking included breakfast, but the hotel first refused to honour that claiming that it's not included if you stay in a rorbu. I showed them the booking confirmation, but since the staff didn't know Norwegian they didn't understand Swedish. They let me have breakfast the first morning, after a long and very questioning discussion, but with a reservation that I had to pay if they couldn't find that I had paid for breakfast (as if the booking confirmation wouldn't be enough...). The following day I got a pretty rude excuse "yeah, you were right, it was included in your rate". Seriously, is that how you should treat paying guests? Also, the bread situation was terrible, the cups for tea were so tiny and many of the things were running out.

Ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Mökeissä siistiä ja tarvittava varustus (pl.uuni), maisemat olivat upeat. Iso miinus siitä, että seinät olivat hyvin ohuet ja kaikki pienimmätkin äänet kuuluivat selkeästi naapurihuoneistosta. Oven lukituksen ja korttien kanssa oli jatkuvasti ongelmia (esim.yhtäkkiä kortit eivät enää toimineet ja ne piti käydä aina aktivoimassa respassa).
