Noisy A/C. Low quality coffee maker. Outlets under table lights go off when lights turned off- keeping devices plugger into these from charging, with no notification this would happen.

The hotel is near the Gorge concert venue. The there was only one person at the front desk at 1am to handle the crowd of people checking in. The clerk was unfamiliar with the software (as was the morning checkout clerk). Breakfast was great and the room was as clean!

I believe thier deposit of 100.00 is too much along with a pet fee of 40.00 per night. ephrata is a very small town they are not in the big city. Thier deposit and pet fee are higher than most nice hotels in Wenatchee and much bigger city
