"My partner and I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! It was super exciting walking to our room and seeing a family of elephants! It had a great nature feel too it and was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend"

"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent.
