"It is a nice property with amenities including breakfast and a bar.
Two issues:
1. We were not told about complimentary breakfast
2. The mattress was a little too soft
The room was great - some big with full kitchen"

"There was nothing wrong with the property except the check-in time is very late, it advertises having a restaurant on your site which it does not. It has a little bistro that does not open until 5 PM. Additionally, you must not have communicated the number of people that were staying in the room so my complaint is with you Expedia not the hotel."

Hyatt Regency Morristown5.1 km dari Morristown, NJ (MMU-Morristown Municipal)

"We have stayed with Hyatt many times and this is the first time I've been dissatisfied. One of the other guests had left their used wines glasses, napkins and silverware in the hallway and it was more than 24 hours before they were removed - even though we had seen a maid in the hallway when we were on our way out.
The air conditioning unit in the room was VERY noisy resulting in extremely disturbed sleep and on Saturday night the music from the pub opposite the hotel was still going after...

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical, we would have liked a couple more choices. The cookies at the front desk was a nice gesture. Convenient locations to all the Natl Monuments. With the interstate so close, the room was a little noisy at times. It was still a good place to stay."
