"Quando chegamos fomos atendidos por 2 funcionários que logo já falaram que estavam cansados, pois na noite anterior ocorreu uma festa e praticamente não tinham dormido. Fui tomar banho e no meio da lavagem do meu cabelo reparei que a água não estava escoando e começou a ir em direção ao quarto. Parei e pedi para meu marido ir chamar alguém para verificar o que estava acontecendo. A única pessoa era um dos 2 funcionários da chegada e estava na cozinha preparando o jantar. O tempo passou e nada....
