"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers."

"The only complaint is the room stank like BO. A whole bottle of air spray was not enough to cover up the smell. If you look closely there is some black gunk one the vents.
