"This is a fantastic luxury hotel in the heart of Venice, close to all the major attractions yet quiet and exclusive. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the service was outstanding. Our room had a balcony that had a wonderful view of Venice. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. This is a very special hotel--our stay was unforgettable. Perfect for a romantic holiday."

"Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast Pros: classic venetian feel, great vibe. Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel."

"Wow what a beautiful property- great location. Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright. The staff was so friendly and assisted with all our needs. Arrival by boat was a little treat. Definitely recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed with our two young adult children."

"This place was one of the best authentic places I've ever stayed. It's built in 1600 and it literally transfers you to old Venetian times. The decor is antique but the bathroom is very modern and comfortable. Location is amazing everything is walkable. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it as an one if a king experience."

"No breakfast served and staff seemed confused when asked about the complimentary breakfast despite it being advertised as such. Website should be changed to reflect this. Other than that, beautiful property and location"

"Lovely hotel! Walking distance to many nice places in Venice, especially the square! Friendly staff and love the hotel vibe. We are also very glad that they have a lift so we don't struggle with our luggage. 😅 Bonus - spacious room! Highly recommended. "
