"The check in experience was a nightmare, we had pre booked parking and it was not available, it took about 45 minutes to check in and we eventually had to park in the municipal car park. Apart from this initial nightmare the rest of the stay was fine. A special thanks to Michael for all his efforts to resolve the parking issue. "

"The room was very clean, and the facilities within the room were excellent. There was a wonderful view of the beach from the restaurant area. Most of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The main problem we had was that every time we sat down at an empty table for an evening meal, we had to ask a member of staff to clean the surface of the table, which was still sticky from the previous occupant. "really well priced, great location in the sea front. bedding was super clean and very comfortable. the walls were quite dirty though and the light in the bathroom was permanently flickering. all in all, i really enjoyed my stay. the old school lift is a thing of beauty - don’t ever change it. i think a lick of paint in the room would make the world of difference"
