"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) . Staff was lovely , the hotel could do with some small updates / upgrades. Location is very good, under 10 mins to walk into town. Great place if you are looking for something that not in overcrowded part of Sri Lanka "

"Very dated furniture/ decor and a little basic , no hot water insects in the bathroom , However all is forgiven when you step onto the balcony the view was to die for could have sat on that balcony everyday for the rest of my life , truly phenomenal "
