"Amazing experience. The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind and spoke decent English. We will be back for sure. The fire alarm went off once which was weird. The food was all 4/5 really good. The bed and sheets and blankets and towels were all plush. The Jacuzzi was nice. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! $25euro per person and well worth it! Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but looked really nice. Restaurants- we went in early May and two of the restaurants were closed...

"The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade. "We had a lovely stay. Great facilities and we had a room with a lovely view of the bay and marina. The private beach was perfect and the bar had a good choice of mocktails. The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and was clean. It only had instant coffee in the room and my husband was disappointed with that, but not a huge deal. Now the only real complaint was there was a sewer smell both inside the building and outside in the beach area. It came and went, so at least it wasn’t a constant. "Nie wieder! Alles begann damit, dass wir 3 Stunden später in ein vernünftiges Zimmer kamen als der Check In vorgibt. Das erste das man uns anbot, befand sich direkt über der Poolanlage und war schrecklich laut. Die Zimmer wurden nur mäßig bis gar nicht gereinigt. Abends wurden Handtücher auf dem Flur an die Hotelgäste vergeben wie in einer Jugendherberge. Ein paar gute Seelen des Personals versuchten das ganze immer wieder zu retten.
