"Something “went wrong” couldn’t say what and they didn’t have a room for us. Called us around 4pm the day we were to check in and told us we didn’t have a room. "

"Room smelled like mildew. Shower was dirty or stained that made it look very dirty. Shower curtain was dark at the bottom. I had a pull out couch and the mattress was horrible. All you could feel were the springs. They didn’t even have sheets or pillows in the room for the pull out. I’ll just say that nothing in the room felt clean. I will not be staying in another comfort. Staff was nice and helpful. I asked for sheets and blankets and they gave me more than enough. "

"I always love staying here on business trips in Waco. Rooms are spacious and feels like a small apartment more than a hotel room. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove and microwave. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. Comes in handy since I’m on a pretty restrictive diet. Flat screen tvs in living/kitchen area and bedroom.
