"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. There are some basic amenities like a fitness centre but the equipment is a bit limited. Still good though!"

"We had breakfast out, so I didn't even see what was available. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I forgot my blow dryer and they had one I could borrow. The bed and room were comfortable. The only thing I thing that I might say is that the AC Unit makes a loud humm in the room we were in. We would stay again and it's great if you are visiting Liberty University."

" We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure from the shower did not work properly. We addressed these concerns with the front desk. We are requesting a full refund for our stay. "

"This was the worst hotel experience I have had in forty years of travel. The room was filthy. Blood stains on the blanket, shoe prints on the sheets, floor was so dirty I had black stains on the bottom of my bare feet, cable service that only worked half the time, wireless that was ridiculously slow, stains on the walls, and lint growing in the air ducts. We were gouged on price due to availability and a major event in town. The staff was completely indifferent to our needs and concerns. Slumlords come to mind."
