Our reason for choosing this hotel was for the amenities, such as the hot tub and pool, which were out of operation. There was an elevator with no lighting in operation. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. The bathtub drain was poor, and the toilet over flushed. No maintenance to help with these matters. ...

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside
The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style.
