Amazing Mont-Royal in Montreal place to stay

Amazing stay in the heart of Mont-Royal area, very convinence to all the actions, all walking distance to many places like restaurants, Metro, stores, ect. This place has a full kitchen, good for a family.

Although it was in a convenient location, there were some things that either grossed us out or were just unpleasant. The duvets have no covers and have dirt or stains on them. There is quite a bit of dust on everything like baseboards, the stools, bathroom fans are plugged with dust... things that were noticeable in the morning sun. The walls are filthy in some places and have holes, and the banister going to the second level felt tacky as if it hadn't been washed in ages. There was no mention of the flights of stairs in which there are 5 in case anybody has mobility issues. The pictures in the ad were different from how it looks now which I found a bit deceiving (everything clean and freshly painted, plants, looked inviting).

On arrival at the property we found stained sheets and hairs in the beds. There were crumbs on the surfaces and small debris on the floors. There was urine splatter on the wall beside the toilet and the showers were mouldy even some baseboard were mouldy and rotting near the showers. The place was unfit for my family it was just gross. We received horrible service, they would only send someone the following day wouldn’t waive their « no cancellation or reimbursement » policy. They basically ignored all my attempts to speak with a manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if that policy is in place because they get asked for reimbursement or people want to shorten there stay often. We will never stay at another of this company’s properties. There was literally dirt smears around all the switches and door handles and splatter on the walls in the bathroom and urine splashed beside the toilet on arrival but the claim to be reimbursed for the first night and cancel our stay the second night was not accepted by the company. We do not recommend anyone stay at this or any other properties. Horrible and disgusting.

Bon emplacement avec beaucoup de magasins et restaurants autour ... proche du métro. Rue animée le jour comme la nuit sans que cela doit gênant. Bel appartement spacieux, assez bien équipé ( manque quelques serviettes pour le nombre de personnes) Terrasse agréable en été et permet d avoir un très jolie vue.

Very nice property close to Metro station. Everything was great and very nice. TV and online movies was great. Lots of space for living. Not a cramped hotel room for sure. Need a few more utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheet, mixer, measuring cups and spoons and a few dishwasher pods.

The loft condo itself is very good, 3 big rooms and the kitchen is perfect. it is located just above a bar so the bedroom facing the street is quite noisy till 1am but the location is overall good, 3 mins walk to metro and tons of restaurants nearby. The host is not very friendly. Not answering the phone, and when I text messaging about the parking he didn’t reply at all.
