Great property in walking distance of many must-sees. The pool was a bit underwhelming and the on-site restaurant left much to be desired as far as close-by places you can count on to be good. But overall a great price for the location. Easy uber pickup and drop off and close to transit stops. Walking distance to st. Catherine and Bell Center. The staff on check-in seemed a little uninterested but throughout the stay they were lovely so perhaps just a rough day. Rooms are nice, great sized fridge in room. The common areas are really nice and welcoming. Overall, would return for another stay in this beautiful city!

Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel.

The lobby was nice and the hotel is centrally located, with some nice restaurant options nearby. However the room itself was not very clean, the mattress was propped up on a slab of plywood and sunk in when you lay down. The TV did not work and the towels were coming apart..

We had some issues with the A/C in our room but eventually it was resolved by moving us to another room. The pool was next to impossible to find and I was less than impressed with it's location and size.

The hotel was quaint and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good for a family, but we found that the beds sunk into the middle making them a bit uncomfortable. The underground parking was a bit tight and hard to maneuver. Also on two occasions the gate to exit the hotel didn’t work and we had to call for assistance to get it open. The area of town the hotel was situated in was great for walking to a variety of dinner and shopping options.

The TV in the hotel room was not working, and staff did not fix the issue. Also, YouTube that is typically a free service had a fee to access (that was not waived despite the TV not working). The parking exit and entry process was an inconvenience as the gate was non responsive requiring the passenger to leave the vehicle to approach the reception desk in the lobby to gain entry and exit despite the HEFTY daily parking fee! Neither Expedia nor the hotel would honour my supposed "VIP" status, and I was not given any perks. I was not impressed with this hotel or Expedia's claims that apparently I am "VIP" and being told on writing (via an app notification) that I would be receiving "perks". Honestly, I am not impressed with either organization.
