The stay is really cool. The neighborhood and parking are more challenging. It was worth it to us. We loved the balcony view and kitchen amenities. The beds were comfy and great bathroom.

This was a great place to stay in Montreal: close to the Metro and within walking distance of restaurants and groceries. The communication with, and reaction from, the company was extremely quick. From us needing more coffee pods to having a question about the bill (confusion with Expedia, we were sent an additional bill by mistake), they answered immediately and thoroughly. The apartment was huge and full of light. The couch and two chairs in the living room were comfortable; along with four chairs at the kitchen island, there is plenty of seating. The beds were large and also comfortable.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean. It was much bigger than expected, basically a studio apartment rather than a hotel room. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The was also a nice washer and dryer. This place is excellent for people who need an extended stay. There is even a very nice, large grocery store down the street. It is situated nicely from many of the attractions Montreal has to offer. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment building is very nice inside. The room has a beautiful retro feel with modern updates. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, and it was nice and quiet at night. The bathroom is very large, and has a double shower. The kitchen has most amenities to eat in. The living room has older faux leather furniture that is flaking, but we just covered with blanket and they are comfortable. There were some small items missing or in need of repair, but it wasnt a big deal, and the staff are taking care of those concerns. It would have been great to be able to bring our bicycles in, but we understand the concerns in doing that. Overall, it was a great place at a very competitive price, and puts you within walking distance to most places downtown and old town.

The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dish washer. A very pleasant surprise was the Nespresso machine. The washer dryer were excellent and so handy. Ease of reaching staff when help needed was excellent. Please make sure that these comments reach Simplissimo., and especially the staff at Milton Park Hotel.

I actually booked this location literally last minute. I was staying at another location that had centipedes and spiders, and I don't do bugs, so I needed to find a quick place to stay really late at night. It was about 11 o'clock, and I found this location and was super excited. I got there and was so impressed. The organization called me to make sure I had what I needed. I couldn't get access to the building, but getting into the room was spectacular. The bed was king-sized. The shower was double-headed. It was just a beautiful space on the inside. The A/C worked. The room was at the perfect temperature. It was just an excellent stay. Easy to walk to the location that I wanted to, so I could get my step count in. Literally the best accidental find ever.

We had a two night stay here. Excellent accommodation set up with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen and seating area. Wi-fi worked very well although the TV was confusing and one TV set only had two channels available for some reason. Check in process/checking out was good overall. Would recommend for short and long stays. Good supermarket a few minutes away which was an added bonus.
