Great location but the room is very very small (no place to put anything in the bathroom, towels are folded onto a small counter because there's nowhere to hang towels except one spot on back of door. Main problem is that the air conditioning unit is very noisy and I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

The staff (particularly the manager) were very unpleasant to deal with when faced with issues. Answers to important questions were responded to by either a head gesture (no) or ignored completely. We decided to stay at another hotel across the street for the remainder of our trip, where we were treated with respect.

This hotel smells bad. Like really old, musty smell where decades of cigarette smoke is built in. The staircase smells badly of stale urine. Otherwise, the room was fine, staff was friendly, cleaning staff were great.
