Spectacular views from the hotel rooftop!

Pullman was excellent and the crown jewel is its rooftop restaurant/bar and pool. The views are amazing and service very good!

Great staff and breakfast

Even the Deluxe room was a bit small, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, including some very good plant-based options.

Fab hotel - great central location, big room and comfy bed, and really friendly staff. Parking is secure with an allocated area in the adjoining shopping centre car park for hotel guests - signposted well and easy to locate.

Best hotel in Montpellier I have stayed on.

I had a perfect stay at Pullman from January 7th until March 24th and I was never thinking about even trying another hotel in Montpellier. I am sure I would not find another hotel with those facilities and good location as Pullman. All best wishes to the great staff. They became my second family during my long stay.

Super friendly and welcoming

The staff were super helpful and welcoming, at both the reception and the restaurant. Air conditioning in the rooms worked great and the rooftop pool was great for cooling down in the summer. Only small problems were the elevators would only go down from my floor as the call buttons weren't working, and the coffee machines were broken at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again though.

The Pullman is a lovely, well-appointed hotel with lots of amenities. Our stay was made even better by the amazing staff (Michael was extra attentive) who satisfied our every need and helped avert a crisis after check-out. I highly recommend The Pullman in Montpellier.

Poor initial contact - Reception could have been better - they didn’t even know the we had prepaid for the room and charged us 2,300 Euros deposit! It did improve with Marie. The spa and the rooftop pool was good, as was the spa treatment for my wife provided by Pauline. Room was a bit small for the price.

Bed was a little hard for my back but didn’t seem to bother the kids at all. Didn’t feel safe walking to local sites but Uber was quick and easy. All around an excellent stay! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!
