Hôtel géographiquement très bien situé belle vue

Hôtel bien situé au centre de palavas rive droite...le frigo et la climatisation sont les bienvenus...la salle de bain et la décoration sont sommaires.. le personnel est parfait...il manque une bonne insonorisation pour éviter d'entendre l'agitation extérieure la nuit et les poubelles et tracteurs de plage tôt le matin.

hotel sympa accueil et services pitoyables!!!!!

hôtel sympa accessible et propre accueil très décevant personne à notre arrivée pour nous donner l accès à la chambre alors que nous étions dans le créneau horaire ! ai du téléphoner et là on m a répondu qu' on m envoyé quelqu un!!!! avons eu clés de la chambre et consignes par contre pas de possibilités de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place ; ne le faisait pas car pas en pleine saison!!!!!cela n était pas mentionné sur le site lors de notre réservation!!!! le lendemain toujours personne dans l hôtel et a nouveau avons du téléphoner pour savoir comment rendre les clés nous a été répondu de les laisser sur le comptoir et de partir !!!! ce n est pas parce qu' on n est pas en pleine saison qu' un minimum d accueil et de services ne doivent pas être respectés nous sommes clients comme les autres ou alors autant le préciser avant!!!!!!!

Très bien situé

À la morte saison, parfait avec le parking gratuit juste en face. Les restaurants, la plage, tout est à portée.. Par contre en pleine saison ça doit être bien différent.

Hotel proximal to beach.

We feel that the overall appointment and facilities of the hotel did not present good value for money. Room was tired and needs decorating eg cracked sink minus sink plug et al, Depressing wall painting reminiscent of a psychiatrist's ink blob test !

Beach view can be blinding.

The beach view was great in the afternoon and evening. In the morning the sun was insanely bright -- we were very grateful for the powered shutter. Comfortable bed (two twins pushed together to make a king), good bathroom. Not a large room, but it was a comfortable base of operations. The staff had more English than we have French which isn't saying all that much, but we communicated just fine. And they were very good humored about our wrecking their language on a regular basis. We were there only two nights, but it was the right choice for the end of a two-week stay in the Herault. I joked that Palavas-les-Flots was Languedoc's answer to Gatlinburgh, TN, but all in all, I'd stay there again.

hôtel bien situé mais pas très accueillant

hôtel en plein cœur de Palavas donc pratique Chambre petite mais propre; Accueil correct mais pas très chaleureux, laisse à désirer ainsi que l'état de l'hôtel sombre ,triste et pas très net.. Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Peut être qu'en septembre après le rush de l'été, les vacanciers n'ont pas droit aux mêmes services ( pas de buffet pour le petit dèjeuner)

Une expérience qui m'a permis de ficher cet hotel dans celui que je ne réserverai pas pour mon prochain séjour à Palavas, j'ai fait passer le message à mes collègues de travail et amis tellement j'ai été déçue de l'accueil et de la chambre, je comprends pourquoi le Brasilia était complet les personnes qui y étaient m'ont dit qu'ils en étaient trés satisfait.Un conseil n'y allait surtout pas vous risquerait d'avoir une grosse déception à l'arrivée!

Hotel les Alizes, Palavas-les-Flots

The Alize is by the beach and at the centre of Palavas, so close to all the main amenities the town has to offer. The room was pleasant and well looked after. However, visitors should be aware that the hotel is not always staffed. Arriving, as I did, on a Wednesday afternoon, you have to call one of the two numbers they post on the door to allow people to gain entry 'in case of absence' and at other times you may have to rely on a door code that you are provided with. This is not a security issue, but one of convenience should you, as the guest, require assistance.
