"Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great though because cruise lines use the hotel, the breakfast area can be extremely crowded and a little chaotic when these travelers try to have breakfast at the same time. We did find that housekeeping was not well organized. The housekeepers would leave cleaning supplies in our room on occasion and once did not make up our room. We would probably not go back to the hotel again."
