"It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience. "

"Breakfast not much. Pancakes, hard boiled eggs, 2 cereal types, toast, yogurt. No sausage or bacon. Its ok but very limited choicenfor breakfast. Many EV chargers in back. 3 x 200, 1 chaemo, and 6 level 2 chargers. All are paying but very convenient to have so many of them. If not across street there are more fast level 3 available."
