Value for money

This was a one-night stay after going to the theatre, so we just wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful. This hotel was 5 mins walk to the theatre, easy access and friendly staff. Room was small, but clean. We had all we needed, so good for the relative price (under 50€).

I wanted somewhere close to the concert venue I was going to and the hotel was more or less next door. I was sent two different codes for the keypad entry but once that was resolved,the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly and helpful staff

This was a very basic hotel but clean and tidy. Room had a decent bathroom, beds and tv but nothing else. Limited check in times and the codes given were confusing and staff struggled with English and sadly my French is really bad. There was a night club in the adjoining car part which boomed out until about 5 am! Not overly noisy but you could not keep your window open. For a cheap hotel it OK and I would consider staying here again.

The Hotel is old and dirty. Extremely small bedrooms. Extremely small and thin mattresses on the beds, which made the nights very uncomfortable. Would never go back to this place. The only positive is that it was walking distance from the theater I was going to see a show.

100% disappointing!!

It was disappointing, very disappointing☹️!! We arrived late and needed a code to enter. It didn't work☹️. We tried to contact the listed emergency number, it didn't work either! We contacted Hotels.com and spoke to a friendly lady. There was good talk, but no solution came. Another guest at the hotel came out of the hotel door (had to get something in his car) and wanted to help us. It resulted in him not being able to enter the door again☹️. My wife and I found another hotel that was open to guests. Now we have paid for 2 nights, but have only received 1 night☹️. How do we get our refund from Hotel Inn Design Montluçon🙏??? Do yourself a favor, don't use the Hotel Inn Design Montluçon if you're staying overnight☹️.

L'exterieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové et le parking n'est pas fermé, ni surveillé. Ces points exceptés, excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Un excellent accueil, attentif et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner, pour moins de 10€

Hôtel choisi pour une seule nuit. Et c'est amplement suffisant. Hôtel en travaux. Chambre minuscule. Pas d'équipement dans la salle de bain: sèche cheveux. Juste une serviette de bain, pas celle pour les cheveux. Télé avec des chaînes non fonctionnelles. On avait juste 4 chaînes qui fonctionnaient. Petit déjeuner : manque le grille pain. Quartier très silencieux et la climatisation a bien été utile.

Malgré les travaux en cours dans le hall et l'escalier, l'accueil a été très bon. La chambre est entièrement refaite et très bien aménagée avec du mobilier très bien adapté et de qualité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Excellent !

C’est un hôtel basique. La toilette dans la chambre était hyper petite si j’étais un centimètre plus grande je ne pourrai pas m’asseoir! Mais si vous êtes mince et voyage avec un budget, c’est bien localisé avec plusieurs restos et la rivière très proche.

Le personnel est très gentil, mais semble trouver cela normal Je passe sur la poussière dans la salle de bain et la moisissure dans la douche.
