"What a gem of a place! Location couldn't be more in the heart of it all, yet rooms were quiet. We absolutely loved it. The lobby is super cool as they retained original elements of the building but modernized it too. The room was fab, well-stocked with supplies for breakfast plus a lovely delivery of baked goods in the morning to each room. The staff however was the best of all - A SPECIAL PLACE for sure."

"Great place to stay. 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. Nicely decorated. Had a very comfortable stay. Metro short is a short walk away. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Very comfortable. The rooftop pool and view were lovely. Mario, at the bar by the pool was very friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants. I loved that there were many doors. Being able to shut the door between the bedroom and hallway to bathroom and kitchen and the door to the kitchen as well made the room even quieter. If one of us was sleeping, it was easier not to disturb the other."

"The property was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a really good location to explore the city from and as two female travellers we felt safe in the area. Only had a slight issue with the smell from time to time which I think was down to the drains) Great properly! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you "

"Staff are very helpful. Room size is reasonable and clean. Near to the metro station, very convenient to travel within the city for tourist."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
