"I am hugely observant regarding housekeeping. The housekeeping was excellent for my 9 day stay. Front desk was good. I wish the restaurant delivered to the room instead you must go to the lobby and pick up your food. Sweet neighborhood and only a 20 minute uber ride to central DC. I would book again."

"Nice well located one bedroom right on Dupont Circle. Excellent location for restaurants, small boutiques, and the like. Subway is located right by the property. The elevator is over 100 years old and can be tenuous at times to use. If you stay there, you must be able to walk the stairs in the event. The elevator gets stuck for is not working. "The bed did not come with a bedframe for the course of the stay, so the mattress was on the floor the whole stay. The bathroom did not come with any toiletries or amenities such as hand soap."

"This is my second time staying with Global Luxury Suites, but first time staying here. What I really like is having a full kitchen and access to laundry. The suite was modern, clean and spacious. Great location, close to M street: restaurants, stores and historic buildings.
The only thing to improve was wifi was very weak and the sink drained very slowly. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!"

"severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems.
First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....
