Nice hotel, within walking distance of the beach promenade and several good restaurants. Nice sitting area near entrance. 24 hour checkin. Pleasant staff.

Customer service was outstanding. They checked us in early, provided room cleaning/fresh supplies as we wanted, and even let us keep our luggage there directly after check-out until it was time to head to the airport.

The suite was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great having a small kitchen which was well equipped with dishes. The location was excellent as it was a block away from the beach and Rambla and walking distance to the the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was also safe to walk around at night.

We loved this place! So close to the beach and we enjoyed the city view terrace! Staff was friendly and helped us research and book our next stay in Punta del Este. The other hotel guests also seemed kind and helpful and were clearly regulars when they visited Montevideo. The kitchen area was appropriately stocked for us to use. When we returned to Montevideo and stayed in another area of the city, we remarked regularly that we missed "the old place". Highly recommend!

I spent two weeks at 27 Suites Apart Hotel and I highly recommend the place. First of all, the staff is outstanding. They are very friendly and always ready to respond to any request. The rooms are spacious and with a well equiped kitchenette. The neighborhood has lenty of super markets and places to buy already made food to buy and eat in the room, saving a lot of money. The hotel is one block from the Rambla, an ideal place to walk or run every day. Public transportation is abundant to go to any place in the city. I cannot think of a better place to stay while in Montevideo

Suites 27 is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Montevideo. The Hotel is located near Pocitos Beach and Punta Carretas shopping mall. It’s very easy to take local buses, especially de 116, which will take you to the Old City (Ciudad Vieja) and Teatro Solís. The staff very friendly and helpful when asking for directions or places to visit. The room was big and had a small kitchen equipped with plates, mugs, utensils, toaster and kettle. There is a small convenience store just beside the hotel where you can get bread, fruits, milk, etc. You can walk to las Ramblas during the day and night.

Not super, but close to the beach

The room had a very weird and bad smell throughout our stay (the whole floor did). The service was mostly in Spanish and not super friendly. They gave us two keys, but later when we had issues with the key they explained that only one of the keys work, so not great for a group of three, as one of us came in alone with a key that didn't work. Location was nice if you want to go to the beach.

It is very convenient as it is situated in an area where we could walk to several restaurants and even though offsite parking was sometimes difficult we always managed to find street parking not too far away. The people working there were always very nice and helpful. The room had a nice comfortable bed and the room size was perfect for our stay. It has a microwave, toaster, a kettle and a fridge.

Great value & excellent location

A cute hotel at a great price located a short block from Pocitos Beach. Clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was small but handy. The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and a nice shower head. The front desk staff were always helpful (and daytimes, spoke English).
From the window, beach is (just barely) visible.

It was...fine? No stand-out problems; the room was just pretty musty when we got in, and there looked to be quite a bit of mold on the ceiling, and the shower didn't drain well. But for the price, it was pretty good.

Location, location, location! Great location and so close to the beach (just a short block away). The area is also very safe and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The shower enclosure was a bit small. Large folks may need a room upgrade. Very good public transportation close by and taxis are always nearby.
