La casetta era piena di ragni ed insetti e lenzuola coperte ed asciugamani non pulitissimi, macchiati e presenza di capelli nei letti e nella doccia. Andrebbero fatte pulizie più accurate. "We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Lovely place to stay and very central . We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the square . Viola was very welcoming and ordered taxis for us . "

"Everything was just perfect! From the arrival to the check-out. The staff, owner and all the team are just exceptional. One of the best places I’ve been. Restaurant is a must!! A perfect place to live the Dolce vita of Tuscany. Many beautiful cities very close. The staff proposed a lot of activities without feeling any pressure. Will definitely come back!!! "

" Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening."
