"This place is a disgrace. It should be listed on a hotels website site!!! You can’t check in like a hotel, it’s a scam!"

"Great location and fantastic thermal spa.
A bit simple breakfast and cold design in the reception area, but the overall experience great. Would come again, both with or without kids."

"I had a wonderful stay at KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Art’ & Facts in Nancy. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very secure. The services were impeccable, and the staff made everything smooth and easy. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nancy!"
