"We loved the location. Parking was easy and convenient. The entry and exit procedures felt very safe and secure. The air conditioning was fantastic. I was not aware that an apartment would be considered so different from the hotel room on the property. They should explain that more on the website. They gave us 1 small shower gel for 2 people for 6 nights. Not sufficient. Same with the toilet paper. No paper towels or cleaning supplies and no maid service. The floors need mopping and...

"Perfect Location, Location, Location. We could hear the concerts at the Colosseum from the window. Close to everything and safe walking distance to train station. Just under 1 mile. It was faster to walk then wait in the long line at the train depot for a taxi. Newly remodeled, with only minor items showing wear. Newly renovated building so elevator is new and only used by I am assuming less than 10 rooms. I know it sounds dumb to note but there are plenty of really nice hotels in Italy that...

"It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...
