"Highly recommend this hotel. From coming in through the door, where we received a lovely welcome, right through to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and just wanted to do their best for you. Our accessible room was great, on the ground floor near the bar/dining room and had a lovely wet room. The hotel is ideal walking distance to the town. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we couldn't use the outdoor terrace - it looked lovely though, Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel organised a taxi for us to take us to Pisa airport with a stop at the Leaning Tower - really great service and lovely driver. Highly recommend"

"A very easy place to stay in Lucca that is 20 seconds from the train station. All of the hotels and rentals in the old walls are not that quick or easy to get to, and driving within the walls is practically impossible so even taxis can’t always get you there. A good breakfast with options, and very friendly staff throughout. Great value for the money. "

"The classic rooms are very small. There is no sound proofing between rooms and every word said is heard. The halls are narrow. There is a very small elevator. There are no bars in the shower. There are some safety concerns. The property grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is good. The parking is not adequte. There are not enough spaces in any night."

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"Staff was great, lots of customer parking belonging to the hotel , the hotel is located close to a mall , no grocery stores available but great food court, and every brands available. Room was spacious. Close to the train station to fo downtown."

"Convenient stay between Pisa and Firenze. Easy to walk to Empoli train station for day trips to both cities. Hotel is clean and quiet despite being on a main road. Breakfast is good and service is fast. Concierge were very helpful. "
