This hotel is incredibly special. The views from the rooms, pool, and bistrot are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The photos don't do it justice - it was breathtaking. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the bed comfy. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and truly committed to making sure you enjoyed your stay. I can't wait to go back!

Location isolated but beautiful, the grounds and the view are stunning generally. The staff is friendly but many seem untrained and certainly not luxury or 4star. The hotel greeter talks too much but is sweet and false mixed, yet as we were departing she first asks if we have paid, and afterwards asks for a review. Room was not 4 star, broken door let in bugs. See google map reviews that aren't 5 stars for reality here. Overpriced for sure.

Stunningly beautiful property. We enjoyed our time here it was very relaxing. It was our first time to a beach club in Italy so I can’t compare it but I thought it was amazing. Your options for dinner are the restaurant which is very expensive or room service. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the portions were tiny and very expensive. The next night we opted for the room service it was affordable, delicious and filling. The staff at this resort are extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to return one day.

There are 2 roads to reach the hotel - take the Belvedere one and not the other one which is very risky Pros : Hotel offers an amazing view on the sea and the islands - pool is very nice Staff is very nice and happy to help Cons : Rooms are getting old and are decorated as a few decades ago WiFi is very poor in the rooms - only good at the reception or outside Drinks are quite expensive 18€ for a Spritz or 12€ mini for a glass of wine For dinner only options are either the restaurant of the hotel which is considered as gastronomic - expect a mini of 80€/head without drinks - other option is room service but again prices are quite higher than in the restaurants outside of the hotel

This property is grossly overpriced for essentially being a glorified motel. Out of all the places we stayed on our 2 week trip in Europe across 7 accommodations this was by far the worst and worst value. The rooms are dingy, the AC does not get the room cold at night, the bed is hard and the bathrooms are absolute barebones... I came home after dinner the second night and there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to go shower in the community showers, absolutely outrageous. The ocean access is not private reserved chairs, as they claim, you just take a golf cart down and go grab a chair (which they still charge 45 euros for). I would say this hotel is probably a 200 euro a night hotel that charges a multiple of that, avoid it. Despite all of this, the view of the ocean is beautiful from the bar / garden area, which is probably the only redeeming quality and does not nearly redeem everything else.
