"The hotel was horrible!!!!! Strange people were lurking in the hallways & weird smell in hallway. I wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here. I tried to cancel the rest of my stay an apparently if you book through a third party you can’t cancel the rest of your stay if you are unsatisfied with the establishment ."

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice view. "

"The room I originally was staying electronic lock was not working. I had to go up and down three times before having to move to a new room. Moving my own luggage myself"

"I had checked in for Two nights and left the next morning due to a family emergency and still had to pay for the second night even though I left way before regular check out time of 11am"

"Friendly and helpful staff. After I checked in I noticed there were some mechanical issues in my room. They sent engineering immediately and ended up having to switch rooms. They assisted me with the switch and gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Very pleased with their prompt and professional response to this issue."
