"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. "Hotel upgraded rooms very recently and these are much improved. However, despite advertising free wifi, the wifi could not be accessed from the rooms. Also the breakfast was slightly disappointing: no fruit, no eggs, very little variety."

"Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast."
