Great convenient location. Some of the best customer service and consistent with EVERY employee from valet, bellman, front desk, guest services operator, restaurant hostess and waiter. Each employee was friendly, polite and respectful. They made the customer experience top notch in a genuine, non-pretentious way. An extremely satisfying and comfortable stay.

Staff was great and helpful. The initial room we took was filled with chemical smells - so much so that after spending less than 5 min in the room, we started coughing and got itchy in our eyes. The staff helped us to switch rooms at a very efficient manner.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairmont Tremblant! Our girls had an amazing time, and we always enjoy coming here. We were so happy to return after three years away — before that, it was our annual family tradition to visit just before school started. The people are wonderful and welcoming, the new pools are awesome, and the food is excellent. It felt so good to be back! Fairmont Tremblant is a special place for our family, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
