Muy mala experiencia por parte de expedia que nos confirmaron la reserva y al llegar al camping playa montroig no tenian constancia de dicha reserva y no puedimos disfruta de el bungalow que habiamos reservado. Gracias al reponsable del camping pudieron solventar este grave error y nos ubicaron en otro alojamiento. Muy mal servicio por parte de expedia no volveremos a coger otro viaje con vosotros.

Beautiful resort with lack of restaurant service

Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to leave two persons with over 25 tables to be served! The kids loved the place and the activities and the highly motivated (kids) entertainers were spot on!
