Très bon séjour

Petits déjeuners très complet mais un peu cher. Bel hôtel avec beaucoup d’espaces partagés (piscine, coin salon etc). Et surtout le personnel très agréable.

L'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation complète des chambres et surtout de l'extérieur. La photo sur le site est belle mais de loin. Le prix des chambres n'est pas justifié par les prestations. Les petits chiens ne sont pas acceptés au restaurant même dans son panier.

Great location but tired and in need of renovation

The Gran Carlina is well situated in town and had free parking which was a bonus. The exterior of the hotel is in a very bad condition and needs major renovation. We were seriously concerned what the inside would be like! The interior was better but dated and a little tired, the same with the bedroom but it was clean. Breakfast when the hotel is not busy was fine but one morning the restaurant was busy and the staff struggled to keep hot dishes replenished. We had to wait 20 minutes for fresh food - on the whole the staff were good. This hotel is not good enough for a 4 star rating and we found it quite expensive for the condition and age of the fixtures and fittings.

ce qu'il ne ma pas plus trop de bruit on entends tous ce qu'il ce passe dans les chambre alentour la propreté laisse à désiré pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et il manquer les peignoirs pour descendre au spa ect

Bof... chambres vraiment pas terribles surtout pour un 4 etoiles! Et ascenceur trop petit pour 6 etages. On n'y a passé qu'une nuit de depannage. On a ensuite dirmi dans un autre hotel qui n'affichait que 2 etoiles mais qui etait bien mieux.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel très accueillant.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel un peu défraîchi de l’extérieur mais très agréable à l’intérieur. Excellent service avec les repas servis en chambre. Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre et du départ des pistes de randonnée.

Accueil impeccable, par contre déçu par la chambre. Un lit 2 places en 140, c'est plutôt petit pour un 4 étoiles, le balcon sale, avec un mobilier (petite table et chaise de jardin) très abîmés. Bar-frigo pas branché, et du coup nous avons trouvé une poussière importante derrière...Pour la salle de bain : Propre, mais vieillissant. Juste une baignoire, peu pratique, (mais c'est indiqué dans la description) Nous n'avons pas testé le Spa et la piscine. Ni le petit déjeuner. Le restaurant est bon. Les "extras", apéritif et eau bouteille un peu cher, mais classique pour des "extras" Pour conclure, même si le séjour est bon, relativement déçu pour un 4 étoiles. L’hôtel est "dans son jus".

Hôtel agréable est calme

Hotel qui m'a convenu pour ces 5 jours avec un enfant de 4 ans. Je remercie le personnel de plus il nous ont preter des luge. Nous avons oublié une peluche de l'enfant et nous l'avons recu par la poste.

Peut mieux faire Mais bonne situation géographique

Manque de personnel décoration des années 70 concernant le rôle d'entrée a parfaitement été refait ainsi que l'ascenseur est le coincent pas quand il est ouvert mais sinon très belle vue de la chambretu ne mérites pas le quatre-étoiles mais nous avons passé un bon séjour
