Nice, clean unit. Downside is that there is no night ski-in access so it makes it a bit inconvenient if you aren't back to your unit in the afternoon. We had an issue with the check-in code didn't work and an issue with no hot water, both times (awkward/off hours) they were on the phone with us right away.

It was clean and the value was nice but the lack of staff and overall lighting made the area feel spooky which wasn’t my preferred vibe. The only complaint I have is that an hour before my checkout time the cleaning staff entered the code to my room and entered my room which I felt was not okay. Overall nice property and it was clean!

Once we got in, the room was good and we enjoyed our stay. The check-in experience was awful and we were stuck in the pouring rain trying to get it resolved. The check-in instructions and address we received were incorrect. We are very lucky a stranger helped us.

The room has serious issues with hot water. every time we tried to shower after 5pm our room had no hot water. Likewise, the room seemed pretty neglected; chipped paint, broken bathroom tiles, furniture with noticeable cosmetic damage, etc.
